Support channel

AIchor users can:

  • Ask questions
  • Report bugs
  • Suggest enhancements

via Jira requests. Jira tickets can be accessed through AIchor UI by clicking on "Support" menu item as shown below:

Support process

AIchor support involves up to 4 tiers of support depending on the severity of the incident and its type.

Below is a use case of an incident that requires escalation.

Support availability

AIchor support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm CET to acknowledge users questions and requests within 1 hour (60 minutes) from request time.
